The victim said he handed her a business card for Everest Roofing & Masonry and began discussing potential home repairs before he entered her home and began sexually assaulting her.

West Chester Police officers contacted the phone number on the business card and arranged a meeting with the phony contractors. Two of the three fraudsters met at the agreed address and were immediately taken into custody.

An investigation team later found that Everest Roofing & Masonry was nonexistent, with the accused using the fraudulent business to scam homeowners in the area.

The bogus contractors wore ID Badges on lanyards around their necks and had business cards and forms with them.

Police identified the suspects as Irishman James McDonagh (22) and Englishman John Delaney (27). Neither party have a fixed residence in the United States.

McDonagh was charged with aggravated and indecent assault while Delaney was charged with deceptive business practices and fraud.

Both remain in the Chester County Prison as detectives continue to search for the third man involved in the scam, Fox 29 News reports.
